Where and When?
We deliver products from Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 6 pm, to mainland Portugal, islands, and Spain.
Delivery Times
If the order is confirmed on a business day by 12 p.m. and payment is made with a credit card or via PayPal, the order will be shipped within the next 2 business days (weekends and holidays are not considered business days).
If payment is made by Multibanco reference, the shipping is less efficient, as we will only dispatch the order after receiving the payment. This may take between 5 to 7 days.
The estimated delivery time by the carrier is indicated in the shopping cart when choosing a shipping method.

Shipping fees are applied per order. The exact price for each shipment depends on the delivery country.
